Paper Dosen UKSW Di International Small Island Conference 2010

Beberapa paper dosen UKSW telah diterima untuk dipresentasikan dalam International Small Islands Conference 2010 (ISIC 2010) yang bertema “The Future of Small Islands and Coral Reefs is in Our Generation” yang akan berlangsung di Ambon, pada tanggal 4-6 August 2010. Konferensi tersebut diselenggarakan oleh Departemen Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia bekerjasama dengan Universitas Pattimura Ambon sebagai satu agenda utama acara Sail Banda 2010.
Paper yang diterima adalah sebagai berikut:
- “Development policy of remote islands in Indonesia” oleh Prof. Dr. Kutut Suwondo (UKSW).
- “Recognizing the value of local knowledge in food security and enterprise development in coastal communities: Case studies from Rote and Northern Australia” oleh Dr. Marthen nDoen (UKSW) dan Ruth Wallace (CDU Darwin).
- “Coastal area transformation and the need for management policy,” oleh Theofransus Litaay (UKSW) dan Jeanne Ivonne Nendissa (UNPATTI).
- “Exploration of local context in small islands and its application in learning activity: Case study of rote island and Timor Island in East Nusa Tenggara Province” oleh Helti Lygia Mampouw (UKSW).
- “Sustainable tourism development in the small islands” oleh Titi Susilowati (UKSW).
Paper lain dalam jaringan AusIndoBIOCOM yang turut diterima untuk dipresentasikan dalam konferensi ini adalah sebagai berikut:
