Dr (Cand.). Drs. Jubhar Mangimbulude, M.Sc. Born in North Maluku, this time while completing his doctoral program at the Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam - Netherlands. After completing his duties as Dean of the Faculty of Biology, he is currently developing waste management and environment. As part of his expertise, he has played a part as a consultant to study the environmental impact.
