Theofransus Litaay, SH, LL.M. - Born in Maluku. Specialization in the field of public policy and local knowledge, particularly in relation to intellectual property rights of the community. Co-founded the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution in UKSW engaged in the field of conflict resolution. Served as Assistant Dean of Academic affairs at the Law faculty institution. Graduated S1 and S2 in UKSW at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Research is currently taking S3 in Charles Darwin University, Darwin, Australia.
