Ir. Stephen P. Manongga, MS.: Born in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Cendana, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. Have expertise and extensive experience in the field of Nutrition, Public Health and Food Security in the province. Served as Assistant Dean of the Faculty of Public Health UNDANA (2001-2002), Vice Chairman of the Technical Team Alert System for Food and Nutrition NTT Province in 2001, the Food and Nutrition Team Member of East Nusa Tenggara Province (Awareness Working Group, Food Consumption and Nutrition) in 2001, Secretary of the Food Security Assessment Team and Nutrition, Food Security Council Prop. 2003-2006 NTT, and Member of the Technical Review Team intensification of IDD Control NTT in 2003.

Since 2001, now serves as Chairman of the Working Group on Food, Nutrition and Public Health (Working Group PGKM) Universitas Nusa Cendana Kupang. S1 education completed at the University of Nusa Cendana, Kupang. S2 graduate education in the field of Community Nutrition and Family Resources, Bogor Agricultural University. Is currently studying a course S3 in Public Health Nutrition, Faculty of Medicine and Public Health, University of Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.
