Discussion of Local Food in Delha

satya-wacana On Friday, 15th May 2009 at 16:00 pm, a discussion will take place at the Centre for Eastern Indonesia with the topic of "Local Food in Delha" (local food in Delha). Delha is the name of the tribe (the former royal domains or traditional) in the region and Bo'a Nemberala on the island of Rote, NTT. Speakers in this discussion is Helti L. Mampouw, S.Pd., M.Sc.

Exposure in this discussion is a presentation of preliminary data from the data collection activities that have taken place on the island of Rote in the past, in the framework of the research project "Indigenous Knowledge and Food Security". The research project is a joint research conducted by PSKTI UKSW and Charles Darwin University. The staff involved in the study were Dr.. Marthen Ndoen (lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Chairman PSKTI UKSW UKSW), Dr. Ruth Wallace (Director of SPIL, Charles Darwin University), and L Helty Mampouw, S. Pd, M. Pd (EkonomiUKSW Faculty lecturer and researcher at SWCU PSKTI).
